Yes, we just charge you Rs 500 ($10 for outside india) and we generate apps & website for you. You can check the App & Website. Upload all content and then when you are ready, you can pay full amount and get your apps published on Play Store and Apple Store.
If you would prefer your own Play Store and Apple Store account, you would have to purchase them. A Play store account costs Rs. 2500 while the Apple store charges $100 every year. Alternatively, we can publish your app on our Build With Innovation account for the above mentioned rates.
You need to purchase your own domain from Godaddy, Big Rock or other domain providers. We will host the website on your domain.
The app has 3 roles: Customer, Admin and Delivery agent. Customers will see customer options like shopping options, orders, Wishlist, offers and so on. The admin will see admin options like order management, product management, users, delivery and payment settings. The delivery agents will see all the orders assigned to them for delivery.
You can assign the role of delivery agent from your admin panel. You need to assign a delivery agent for every order placed. Once this is done, the delivery agent can see the order on the app and can proceed to start the delivery process.
You will have to upload the products and manage orders. You can upload products using the import tool in your admin panel. Alternatively, our team can perform this role at a very small charge.
Yes, you can import or upload bulk products using the CSV import tool provided in the admin panel. You can upload a maximum of 1000 products at a time.
The system is integrated with Paytm and Razorpay. You will have to create accounts on them and add keys in the payment settings. Razorpay offers all possible payment options which include credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, EMI, wallets like free charge, Google Pay, and HDFC Payzapp. Both Paytm and Razorpay charge around 2% of any transaction.
We do not charge any transaction commission on orders. We charge you based on your plan and the number of orders.
Cash on delivery is available in the app. Users can select the cash on delivery option while performing payment.
Yes, we do have the option to manually confirm orders. You can confirm or reject an order based on the availability of products. Only after the order is accepted, the system sends a payment link to the customer.
Yes, we have push notifications, SMS notifications and emails. Push Notifications - These are app notifications that you get on your phone. These are unlimited and free. Emails are in plus plan and SMS costs are different for every country.
We provide updates every 3 to 4 months. We keep innovating our apps by adding on new features and designs to incorporate technological advancements. Around 80% of our updates are free. The rest come under a Premium tag, which you can purchase or reject.

Yes, you can generate orders reports, daily sales reports and tax reports using the admin panel that we provide.
We provide digital and social media marketing plans at affordable prices. We add SEO and additional analytics to make your business stand out. We can also assist you in offline targeting on radio and television. Alternatively, you can accept digital marketing services from external agencies, with whom we will collaborate for your success.
This is not possible as our infrastructure is built using multiple servers on cloud technologies. These factors handle the scales and improve performance. System cannot be installed on your server due to privacy aspects such as our source code.
There are no hosting charges or any hidden charges. This is a dynamic platform which continues to improve and add more features to help your business grow. More than 80% of features are free while 20% comes under premium features for which we charge a very small amount. You have the option to opt-in or out from these premium features.
Pricing remains the same every year. You do not have to pay the upload fees again. Although we are not going to increase the prices anytime soon, if we do so, you will be informed 6 months in advance so that you can make your decision. You don't have to pay any upload fees.
